Service Description
Through a blend of Yin Yoga, breathwork and immersive sound, you'll be guided to release tension, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with your natural flow. Soothing vibrations, mindful movement, and conscious breath will work together to bring balance and renewal to your whole being. The event will take place in the beautiful Black Barn at Roundwood, 10 minutes from Overton. Leave feeling lighter, centred and recharged - your energy gently reset and your spirit restored.

Cancellation policy
We understand that plans change, so we've tried to keep our policy simple and fair. If you need to cancel your booking, please give at least seven days' notice before the event to receive a full refund. Unfortunately cancellations made within seven days of the event are non-refundable. Transfers - if you can no longer attend, you are very welcome to transfer your place to someone else - just let us know in advance. Thank you for your understanding - we pour a lot of care and preparation into each event, and this policy helps us to hold the space smoothly for everyone.
