Service Description

Each class will be different with a blend of styles that will iron out the creases in your body and settle the fluctuations in your mind. You can expect movement that will challenge you physically, stillness and focus to challenge and stretch you mentally. My intention each week is that you will walk out with a spring in your step and a fuzzy glow in your soul.

Cancellation policy

I understand things come up at the last minute that might prevent you from making it to your class but I would be grateful for as much prior notice as possible so that I can give your space to another person, as there is sometimes a waiting list
