Tailor made for you
Looking for something a bit different for your event? I offer yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions for schools, workplaces, festivals and private parties, and I’ll tailor each one to your group. Get in touch to chat it through.
Twice a year I host free solstice gatherings in Overton, Hampshire. These events are open to everyone, no matter your age or ability, but are a lovely way of getting together to mark the longest day in June and the shortest day in December. I post details on this page and on Facebook. I hope you can join me.
