Join me at dawn on the 21st June to practice yoga and watch the sun rise on the summer solstice. I will be guiding you through 108 sun salutations - don't worry, you don't have to do them all! We meet at Berrydown, a gorgeous elevated position for us to gather, move and breathe together.

108 Sun Salutations for the Summer Solstice
I am so thrilled to be able to offer this event again to celebrate the summer solstice. If you joined me last year, you will know how special it was…
We will meet at 04:30am at the gorgeous elevated position of Berrydown Playing Fields which will hopefully give us a stunning view of the sun as it rises (weather permitting!).
After a short warm up we will begin our practice - I'm aiming to guide you through 108 sun salutations!
This event is FREE and I'd love to welcome participants of all levels, including beginners.
I hope you can join me to embrace the energy of the longest day of the year.
