Join me at dawn on the 21st December to practice yoga mark the shortest day of the year. I will be guiding you through 54 sun salutations - don't worry, you don't have to do them all! We meet at St Mary's Hall, High Street, Overton to move and breathe together.

108 Sun Salutations for the Winter Solstice
After the very special sunrise yoga event to mark the Summer Solstice, I'm delighter to be able to offer another FREE yoga event to mark the Winter Solstice.
A little different from 21st June, we will meet indoors in St Mary's Hall in the centre of Overton, sunrise is much later so it's a 7:30am start, and rather than 108 sun salutations I will guide you through 54 instead. This is a factor of 108 so it is still a very powerful number to practice.
After a short warm-up, we'll attempt 54 sun salutations (broken down into nine rounds of six). You can attempt to do all, some or none of the sun salutations, there is no pressure to perform or achieve. We'll take it slowly, and there will be regular breaks.
