Service Description
Alternating between styles, this class is suitable for all levels, whether you are a seasoned yogi or you've just bought your first mat. In the first and third week of the month I will guide you through a vinyasa flow class, synchronising the breath with specific movements to build strength, balance and stamina. The second and fourth week of the month will be Yin, a very relaxing form of yoga where we hold deep stretched for 1-3 minutes to relieve deep tension and stimulate the energy body. Every week will be different but I promise you will leave feeling taller, freer, and more alive than when you arrived. It'll be the perfect start to the day, I hope you can join me.

I understand things come up at the last minute that might prevent you from making it to your class but I would be grateful for as much prior notice as possible so that I can give your space to another person, as there is sometimes a waiting list
