Welcome
My name is Natalia and I teach yoga to adults and children in Hampshire. I've been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the last ten.
Whatever age group I am with, my classes are fun, engaging and suitable for all levels and abilities.
I aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where my students can feel comfortable exploring and deepening their practice, and enjoy the benefits of yoga.

Favourite pose - used to always be Warrior II, but now it's cow face pose, aka gomukhasana, aka shoelace.
I love the sensation within the pose, but the after effect and the release is amazing!
Favourite place to do yoga - outside... either on my own or as part of a big group at a festival... I love it :)
Classes
I offer regular classes during term time for adults and children in and around Overton in Hampshire.
If you can't find a class or a time that suits you, please get in touch.
Gentle Vinyasa - Adults
Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm | Laverstoke, in person
An hour of gentle but challenging yoga, designed to offer you a full-body experience with a range of movement working every part of you.

We start with some grounding breathwork, settling into the practice ready for the main flow. After warming up and preparing the body, the energy slowly builds towards the 'peak', the most physically challenging part of the practice. This might be a balancing pose or a sequence of poses that build strength, balance, courage. We then move through some long-held stretches, slowing down, moving towards the final blissful rest, savasana.

Yoga has become a primarily physical practice in the West, but I incorporate breathwork, meditation, withdrawal of senses, self-awareness, respect and the all-important connection, to ourselves, to each other, to the source... You'll feel wonderful afterwards x
Vinyasa & Yin - Adults
Fridays 12-1pm | Overton, in person
A delicious combination of dynamic and energising Vinyasa, which builds heat, strength and stability in the body, and Yin, which is a slow-paced and nourishing practice where the focus shifts to the deep connective tissue, joints and ligaments.

The Vinyasa element will work your entire body, using the breath to transition from one pose to the next. The flow can be as challenging or gentle as you want, and we tune into ourselves and feel what we need in that moment.

The Yin practice is a wonderful escape from constant stimulation and distraction. We seek to find our 'edge' and gently lean on it, find stillness, longer than is comfortable sometimes, create space, and notice what comes up.

Every class is different so you'll have a unique experience every time.
Yin & Sound Bath - Adults
Fridays (quarterly) 7:30-9pm | Laverstoke, in person
Join Johanna and I for an evening of bliss - this is a really special class, I urge you to try it.

We start with some gentle breathing techniques to prepare the body for a carefully crafted series of long-held yin yoga poses, designed to relieve physical and emotional tension, and work on the subtle energy body.

I then hand over to Johanna, qualified sound practitioner, who weaves her magic, bathing your body in sound using a number of different instruments including crystal bowls, gongs and Koshi chimes.

It is truly a treat for your body and your senses.

After School Club - Children
Tuesday afternoons | St Mary's Hall, Overton High Street
The tweens and teens years are a period of huge adjustment, with physical and hormonal changes raging. Self esteem and confidence can take a hit, and it can be difficult to understand emotions and feelings.

In this light-hearted class, we use breathing techniques and movement to build strength and confidence, as well as an awareness and appreciation for ourselves and our peers. We explore ways to regulate and understand big emotions, and learn how important a calm and mindful practice is every day.

Suitable for 11-14 year olds.

Please contact me to book your child's place or to ask any questions.
Breakfast Club - Children
Fridays before school | Overton Primary School
What better way to start the day than 45 minutes of yoga to wake up sleepy bodies and get big brains ready for a day of learning?!

We use a mixture of breathing techniques, sun salutations, familiar yoga poses, positive affirmations and relaxation. Through fun adventures we stretch our bodies and our minds, get to know ourselves better, understand our emotions, find balance and strength - and have loads of fun!

Suitable for 7-11 year olds, only open to pupils at OPS.

Please contact me to book your child's place or to ask any questions.
