What to expect
Over six weeks you’ll learn how to use your breath as a powerful tool to support your physical health, energy and mental wellbeing. Each session combines simple breathwork practices, gentle breath entrainment with music, and short explanations of the science of breathing, including how the breath influences the nervous system, stress levels and energy. We’ll explore different styles of breathing for calm, vitality, clarity and balance, while also touching on traditional yogic insights such as the left and right nostril channels (Ida and Pingala) and how the breath can help bring body and mind into harmony. By the end of the course you’ll have a set of practical breathing techniques you can use anytime to reset, refocus and feel more balanced in everyday life.

Cancellation policy
All live sessions will be recorded and made available to you, so if you are unable to attend a class in real time, you can catch up at your convenience. If you need to cancel your place, please let me know as soon as possible. Spaces are limited, so early cancellation allows me to offer your place to someone else. - Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course begins will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are eligible for either: - A 50% refund, or - A full transfer of your payment to a future course. - Once the course has started, payments are non-refundable, though you will continue to have access to all session recordings.
